1. SHIPPING COVERAGE
We currently ship to addresses within Pakistan. We are working to expand our shipping coverage to neighboring regions in the future.
2. PROCESSING TIME
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships
3. DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery times vary by location:
- Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 2-4 business days
- Other Cities: 3-5 business days
- Remote Areas: 5-7 business days

4. SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Order weight and dimensions
- Delivery location
- Selected shipping method
Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over PKR [amount] to major cities.
5. SHIPPING METHODS
We partner with reliable courier services including:
- TCS
- Leopards Courier
- Pakistan Post

6. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive:

7. SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete:
- Include recipient name, phone number, and complete address
- Provide landmarks if necessary for easier delivery
- We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses
- Address changes after order placement may not be possible
8. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Our courier partners will make 2-3 delivery attempts:
- If delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be held at the local courier office
- You will be contacted to arrange pickup or re-delivery
- Packages not collected within 7 days may be returned to us
9. SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT
For security purposes, a signature may be required upon delivery for orders above a certain value.
10. PACKAGING
All products are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery:
- Perfumes are wrapped with protective materials to prevent breakage
- Peshawari Chappals and accessories are packed in dust bags and protective packaging
- Fragile items are marked accordingly
11. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently do not offer international shipping. We are working to expand our services globally in the future.
12. CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
For future international orders:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees
- These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices
- Customs policies vary by country
13. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Lost Packages:
- If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 48 hours
- We will investigate with the courier service
- A replacement or refund will be provided if the package is confirmed lost
Damaged Packages:
- Inspect your package upon delivery
- If the package appears damaged, note it with the courier before accepting
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund
14. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Packages returned to us as undeliverable due to:
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Customer unavailable after multiple delivery attempts
- Customer refusal to accept delivery
Will be subject to:
- Return shipping charges deducted from refund
- Restocking fee may apply
15. ORDER MODIFICATIONS
- Contact us immediately if you need to modify your shipping address
- Changes may not be possible once the order has been shipped
- We cannot guarantee address changes after order processing
16. PEAK SEASON DELAYS
During peak shopping seasons (Eid, holidays, sales events):
- Processing and delivery times may be longer than usual
- We will notify you of any expected delays
- Please order early to ensure timely delivery
