RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In the original packaging with all tags and labels intact
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:

• Perfumes and fragrances
  • Once opened or used, perfumes cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons
• Unsealed or used products
  • Any product that has been opened, used, or had its seal broken
• Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
• Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [your email] with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

5. Ship the item back to the address provided

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns
• Brandifys.pk is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days
• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed
• Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order.

Peshawari Chappals - Size Exchanges

For our handcrafted Peshawari Chappals, if you receive the wrong size, please contact us within 7 days. We will arrange an exchange for the correct size, subject to availability.
